The old factory is coming back to life! Yifeng Biology moves into Nangang

Tianjin Yifeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. project officially settled in the Nangang Industrial Zone of Tianjin Economic Development Area. At the construction site, workers are working hard to ensure that the project will be put into production as soon as possible.

This industrial plant covers an area of 38,000 square meters, located at the intersection of Spinning 4th Road and Light 3rd Street in the northern group of Nangang Industrial Zone, with independent courtyards and complete facilities and equipment, including comprehensive workshops and ancillary rooms.

The factory building has remained vacant since April 2023, as the original leasing company could no longer continue operations due to financial difficulties. Teda Nanport Group has been actively implementing the municipal government's "Three New Initiatives" and "Three Quantities" policy framework, while proactively revitalizing underutilized assets through innovative strategies to unlock their potential.

Upon learning of Yifeng Biotech's interest in establishing operations, the Taigang Industrial Company under TEDA Nanport Group swiftly formed a dedicated task force with the Economic Development Zone's Intelligent Manufacturing Bureau. Through thorough client needs analysis and active coordination with relevant departments, they successfully addressed the company's infrastructure requirements for water supply, electricity, gas, and steam systems. Within just over 20 days, Yifeng Biotech finalized its lease agreement, achieving rapid revitalization of idle assets.

After the lease agreement was successfully signed, Taigang Industrial Company actively assisted the enterprise in completing facility maintenance and properly arranging property management matters. Currently, Yifeng Biotech has moved into the factory, where they are renovating the premises and setting up production lines. Upon commencing operations, the company will focus on R&D and production of animal health products, injecting new vitality into the development of Nangang Industrial Zone.
