In recent years, the Municipal Commission of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has always taken the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy as the core driver, been oriented toward meeting enterprise needs, and taken reform and innovation as the driving force. It has continuously optimized the business environment in the agricultural and rural fields, improved work styles, enhanced service efficiency, made every effort to promote the establishment of newly built enterprises, and injected strong impetus into the high-quality development of the city’s agriculture.
The Yifeng Biotechnology Veterinary Drug Production Base is a project invested and constructed by Youyifeng Group. The project covers a total area of 58 mu and has a total investment of 60 million yuan. In January 2024, the enterprise started the construction of a TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) extraction workshop, a non-chlorine disinfectant (liquid, Grade D) workshop, a tablet (including TCM extraction)/granule (including TCM extraction) workshop, a terminally sterilized intramammary injection workshop, as well as auxiliary facilities such as a laboratory and supporting warehouses.
Since the project was launched, the Municipal Commission of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has been deeply involved in service work. During the enterprise consultation stage, it took the initiative to connect with and follow up on the enterprise, went to the site to understand the enterprise’s needs for site selection and planning, carefully interpreted policies and regulations, and provided targeted solutions for the enterprise based on actual circumstances. In the process of reviewing application materials and conducting on-site inspection and acceptance of Veterinary Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), it provided full-process follow-up services. In view of problems existing in the newly built enterprise, such as insufficient staff experience and incomplete system construction, the Municipal Commission of Agriculture and Rural Affairs organized discussions between the enterprise and experts, invited experts to give detailed explanations and guidance, and put forward rectification opinions item by item for defective items. After the enterprise completed the rectification, the Municipal Commission of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued the Veterinary Drug Production License to it as soon as possible, making every effort to ensure the enterprise’s early production, improve efficiency, and realize coordinated development between the government and enterprises.
The enterprise highly praised the services of the Municipal Commission of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, stating that as a newly built enterprise coming to Tianjin from another place, it had felt profound care, and that the service quality and approval efficiency had exceeded expectations—fully reflecting the city’s sound business environment. The enterprise also specially presented a silk banner to express its gratitude.
In the next step, the Municipal Commission of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will further implement the requirement of “efficiently getting things done,” take more high-quality, efficient and practical measures to build a business-friendly, enterprise-assuring, enterprise-benefiting service environment in the agricultural and rural fields, construct a service system covering the entire life cycle of enterprises, and fully support the healthy development of various agricultural-related business entities.
