Tianjin Youyifeng Group Leads Industrial Upgrading Through Innovative TechnologiesAn Industry Gala Amid Adversity Despite the severe challenges facing the dairy industry, the China Dairy Industry Association still hosted the 16th China Dairy Industry Exhibition at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center from July 13 to 15, 2025. This initiative aims to promote the high-quality development of the industry, address changes through resource integration and strategic collaboration, with the theme focusing on "Quality and Brand: Persistence in Endeavor; Cooperation and Win-Win: Choices in Changing Times". Authority and Industry Response The exhibition attracted over 100 authoritative experts and more than 600 leading enterprises worldwide, including top players such as Yili, Mengniu, Feihe, and FrieslandCampina Netherlands. It covered the whole industrial chain from breeding and processing to logistics, highlighting the industry's cohesion. Through the full-area layout across four floors of the International Conference and Exhibition Center, the exhibition achieved global brand exposure and is expected to attract over 60,000 professional visitors. A Model of Enterprise Participation: The In-depth Presence of Youyifeng Group Booth Scale and Positioning Youyifeng Group set up a large 130-square-meter booth in Hall C4, leveraging its significant spatial advantage to highlight its brand strength. Exhibition Content and Competitiveness The group focused on showcasing its high-quality product matrix (such as high-end dairy products and innovative technical services) as well as its full-process quality management system. It strengthened its "quality assurance" image through interactive experiences and technical demonstrations, which highly aligned with the exhibition theme. This exhibition adopted a "scale value + professional value + strategic value" trinity model, building a new breakthrough ecosystem during the industry adjustment period. By participating in the exhibition at a high standard, enterprises like Youyifeng Group not only demonstrated their solid strength but also deepened their industry influence through the global platform built by the association, injecting a shot in the arm for market recovery. Tianjin Youyifeng Agricultural Technology Development (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Youyifeng Group") launched a number of new technologies and products at its 135-square-meter booth in the C4 exhibition area. It provided fundamental solutions for the current technological and industrial upgrading of the dairy industry in China and even the world, as well as disease prevention and control technologies. During the exhibition, the group officially released the integrated ranch ground solution. Its newly established Tianjin Ranch Concrete Ground Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. made its debut with four core technologies, providing an innovative path for the high-quality development of the industry. Innovative Technologies Address Industry Pain Points Targeting Ranch Ground Wear Issues Impact on the ground: Causes the ground to become uneven, hard, and rough, losing its original flatness and elastic cushioning. Impact on dairy cows: Increased hoof damage: The hard and rough ground directly wears down the hoof horn, raising the incidence of hoof diseases such as sole ulcers, heel ulcers, toe ulcers, and white line disease. Joint strain and injury: Uneven ground forces dairy cows to walk in abnormal postures. Long-term uneven force bearing significantly increases the risk of strain, inflammation, and even injury to joints such as the tarsal joint, knee joint, and hip joint. Higher slip risk: The worn ground (especially cement ground) has reduced friction. Particularly when wet or contaminated with manure, dairy cows are prone to slipping and straddling, leading to serious consequences such as muscle strains, ligament tears, fractures, and even miscarriages. Discomfort in walking and reduced activity: Pain and fear of slipping make dairy cows unwilling to move, reducing the frequency of voluntary visits to the milking parlor, feeding area, or drinking point. This affects feed intake, water intake, milk production, and reproductive performance. Targeting Ranch Ground Corrosion Issues Impact on the ground: Mainly caused by the erosion of ammonia, organic acids, salts in manure and urine, and cleaning disinfectants. This leads to chalking, peeling, sanding, and pitting of ground materials (especially cement). Microorganisms breed in the tiny structures damaged by corrosion, further exacerbating the damage. Impact on dairy cows: Deteriorated hoof health: Pits, holes, and rough surfaces formed by corrosion are hotbeds for bacteria (such as Fusobacterium necrophorum), which easily trigger infectious hoof diseases like hoof dermatitis and interdigital dermatitis. Pits also tend to trap foreign objects such as stones, directly damaging the hoof sole. Poor hygiene conditions: Corroded and damaged ground is difficult to clean thoroughly. Manure and sewage accumulate in pits, becoming a breeding ground for a large number of pathogenic microorganisms (such as Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli that cause mastitis). Doubled slip risk: Manure and sewage accumulated in corroded pits greatly increase the ground slipperiness, making the slip risk higher than that of merely worn ground. Increased mastitis risk: When dairy cows lie down or walk on contaminated pitted ground, their udders and teats are easily exposed to and contaminated by a large number of pathogens, significantly increasing the incidence of environmental mastitis. Impaired animal welfare: Long-term activity on corroded, wet, and dirty ground seriously affects the comfort of dairy cows, which is a major animal welfare issue. To address the long-standing problems of ground wear, corrosion, and hygiene management mentioned above, Youyifeng Group has integrated Sino-US technical resources and launched a full-scenario ranch ground system solution: Intelligent Grooving Equipment: Reshapes ground texture through scientific groove spacing design, reducing the lameness rate of dairy cows; Mudun Polymer Flooring (jointly developed by China and the US): Features super corrosion resistance (resisting the erosion of silage fermentation liquid), dynamic crack self-healing, and heavy load resistance; Ground Armor System: Enables rapid construction in 4 days, achieves lifelong crack resistance and high-temperature disinfection tolerance, and extends the ground service life by more than 5 times; Nano Repair Adhesive: Has 5 times the wear resistance of cement, a water absorption rate of less than 0.5%, and cures quickly within 24 hours, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Simultaneous Breakthroughs in Biotechnology During the same period, the Tianjin Yifeng Biotechnology Veterinary Drug Base, put into production by the group, demonstrated its core achievements for the first time. The base is equipped with a modern traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop, a terminal sterilized udder injection production line, and a non-chlorine disinfectant workshop that meet national standards. Its fully localized hoof adhesive helps build the ranch's disease prevention and control system. Authority Recognition Drives Industry Upgrading During the exhibition, leaders of the Dairy Industry Association and representatives from many top dairy enterprises across the country conducted on-site inspections of the technical demonstrations. Experts from the association pointed out: "This ground system fundamentally improves dairy cow welfare and ranch efficiency through innovations in materials science and engineering, and has exemplary significance for the sustainable development of the industry." About Youyifeng Group With 25 years of experience in the agricultural and animal husbandry industry, Youyifeng Group has continuously focused on the intelligent and environmentally friendly upgrading of ranches. The newly released ranch ground technologies and veterinary drug R&D achievements this time mark the enterprise's breakthrough progress in the strategy of "independent technology and professional services", injecting impetus into the quality and efficiency improvement of China's dairy industry. |
